Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE), the world's largest pure-play coffee and tea company, serves consumers in more than 100 countries through iconic brands including: Jacobs, Tassimo, Moccona, Senseo, L’OR, Douwe Egberts, Super, Kenco, Pilão & Gevalia, with an annual revenue of €6bn. At Jacobs Douwe Egberts as Global IT Director I lead our Service & Operations department, reporting to the CIO. The JDE IT Service & Operations team supports JDE's applications, datacenters, network and end-user services, utilizing a global service desk in multiple languages, a Service Integration and Management (SIAM) function - and is also in control of the global Cyber security and Compliance of JDE's IT landscape, used across the globe by JDE’s 16,000 associates.
